A personal breakthrough session is a supercharged, intensive two-day coaching session. A quick way to achieve the important, compelling and meaningful changes in yourself and your personal development that you have desired for too long now.
I utilize the same skills that I have trained students in, using some of the world’s most powerful personal development technologies. Techniques from Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy® and hypnotherapy, to assist you to move in the direction of your goals and desires today.

Personal breakthrough sessions are client-specific and that means we work on whatever personal changes you want to make in yourself to achieve your goals in your personal or professional lives. We will work together to help you decide on your goals if you are currently unsure of the direction you want to move in.

Breakthrough sessions are 5 - 8 hours long, they can be done in person in Stourbridge or online.

Reiki is an energy therapy that works by channelling energy from the universe; it can be hands-on or hands-off to suit the client. It works via the palms, transferring energy to the client, intending to restore balance for mind, body, and soul.

How can Time Line Therapy help me?
One of the many advantages of TLT is that it enables you to release and clear gestalts or (chains) of an emotion rather than one at a time as most other emotional release techniques do. For example, if you have anger issues, TLT facilitates the releasing and clearing all anger from the past and not just the anger attached to a particular event. In other words, anger is released from its roots.
I believe that this is one of the main reasons you can get the result you want so quickly and experience lasting results. Some people get confused that the memories of painful events are cleared. It is only the negative emotions attached to the memories that are cleared in TLT.
