Many people come to therapy because they feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, lost, or trapped in patterns they no longer want to repeat.

Sometimes we need a safe space to talk, process and understand what’s happening. Other times we need support to move forward and create change.


This is why I combine Counselling, CBT and Transformational Coaching.


Why I Combine Therapy and Coaching


Traditional counselling helps you explore your experiences, emotions, relationships and challenges in a safe, supportive environment. It helps you understand yourself on a deeper level and make sense of what you’re going through.


CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) helps identify unhelpful thoughts, beliefs and behaviours that may be contributing to anxiety, stress, low confidence or emotional distress.


Coaching focuses on where you are now and where you want to be. It helps you develop confidence, clarity, goals and practical strategies to move forward.

Together, they create a powerful combination.


Because understanding why something exists is important, but so is knowing how to create change.
