Unfortunately, due to an increasing number of cancellations over the recent weeks, all appointments will now need to be paid for in advance at least an hour before the start of your appointment.
Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time set aside, especially for you, where possible could I ask that a minimum of 48hrs notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation of your appointment?
If for any reason your session needs to be canceled with less than 24 hours' notice full payment will be charged.
