I have completed a rigorous Trauma informed life coaching training programs and have several years of experience working with clients to help them achieve their goals. I also have a background working in Education with Trauma clients, which gives me a deeper understanding of human behaviour and motivation.
Yes, I offer both in-person and virtual coaching sessions to accommodate the needs and preferences of my clients. Prices start from £75.00 per hour or 10 % discount when you buy 6 sessions upfront.
The frequency of coaching sessions depends on the individual and their goals. Some clients prefer to meet weekly, while others may meet bi-weekly or monthly.
While both life coaches and therapists help individuals improve their lives, therapists typically focus on addressing mental health issues and past traumas, while life coaches focus on helping individuals achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
My approach to goal-setting is to help clients identify specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals. I also work with clients to create an action plan and provide accountability to ensure they stay on track to achieve their goals.
